REGIONAL PROGRAM DIRECTOR 

CommunityWorks is seeking a Regional Program Director to help manage and lead the Beaufort-Jasper Regional Housing Trust Fund to support the growth of the fund by strengthening existing relationships, and forming new partnerships with local banks, hospitals, businesses, nonprofits and government agencies. The strength of these partnerships will be built on the foundation of a shared vision for this region.

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMERCIAL LENDING OFFICER

Under the direction of the Director of Lending, the Community Development Commercial Lending Officer is responsible for developing new business, underwriting, structuring, and closing of commercial loans, as well as maintaining and servicing a commercial loan portfolio. Performs with a high degree of ethical standards. Frequent interaction with other lending staff, accounting, legal and other support personnel in the delivery of an excellent client experience, while minimizing CW risk exposure.
