Hosted by the CommunityWorks Women’s Business Center, this virtual panel will feature women leaders who have expertise in balancing motherhood and entrepreneurship. This interactive panel will focus on the triumphs and challenges working women, especially mothers, face in regards to caregiving, wages, time, etc.

Joining us will be:

• Dr. Sameeksha Desai, a Professor at Indiana University. Dr. Desai specializes in entrepreneurship, competitiveness, and economic development policy. She co-authored Economic Engagement of Mothers: Entrepreneurship, Employment, and the Motherhood Wage Penalty (read here).
• Quanikko Fernandors is a successful real estate agent in the Upstate of South Carolina. She specializes in helping clients raise their credit to make the purchasing process easy.
• Toya Moore is the owner of NProgress Counsulting LLC. She is experienced in career coaching, team building, leadership and organizational development. Toya has 23 Years of Military experience and a demonstrated history of working in career development, health and wellness industries.
