Designed to be quality affordable housing, the Sullivan Apartments created 180 units in the Berea area. The development was made possible through a funding package that included CommunityWorks.
Housing at The Sullivan offers floor plans with one through four-bedroom options and is designed for households making below 60% of the Area Median Income. The apartment community is housed in five buildings and includes amenities such as a resident clubhouse with a coffee bar, business center, onsite laundry facilities, fitness center, resort-style pool, playground, and picnic area. The Sullivan collaborates with residents to determine how to best address community needs and was honored as the winner of the 2024 CoStar Impact Award as multifamily development of the year as they address Greenville’s need for housing without compromising on amenities, design, or location.
CommunityWorks, along with other funding and housing partners, celebrated the opening of The Sullivan in May of 2024. We’re grateful to be a part of this innovative and collaborative project that brought together public and private partners.
