CommunityWorks has two new additions to its executive team. Brent Cooler has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Samantha Sanders has taken on the role of Director of Operations.
As CFO, Brent Cooler brings a wealth of financial expertise and strategic vision to CommunityWorks. With 17 years of accounting experience across various industries and a deep commitment to social impact, Cooler is poised to play a pivotal role in driving the organization’s financial strategies forward. His extensive experience in corporate finance, audit, and regulatory compliance will further strengthen CommunityWorks as they work to create lasting positive change in underserved communities.
Samantha Sanders, the newly appointed Director of Operations, joins CommunityWorks with an impressive background in operational leadership. Prior to CommunityWorks, Sanders worked in operations and health and wellness, fostering organizational well-being. Her passion for community-driven initiatives and her results-driven approach equips her for this crucial role. Sanders will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s day-to-day operations, ensuring coordination and teamwork among teams, and optimizing processes to enhance overall efficiency.
