Palmetto Heroes Program:
Palmetto Heroes is a special mortgage program for Nurses, Teachers, Firefighers, Police Officers, Correctional Officers, EMS Personnel and Veterans. It is available on a first come, first serve basis for first time buyers (or buyers who have not owned a home in the past three years).
